If you want to reply to someone else's post the easiest way is to just click on the blue Reply button that is just below the post you want to reply to.

When you click on the blue reply button you make sure that your response appears on the same page as the post you are replying to.

Your reply to the withdrawing money post is great, but instead of being a reply it has actually done it as a brand, new post. You can create a new post at anytime using the blue Write button in the top right of your screen.
