Possible autism. 32. Ordered a digital diagnosis pack. Does anyone know how it works? Thanks.

I'm not sure this will be reliable. I know you can diagnose yourself over the internet nowadays, this I would not recommend.

To be honest I think we all have a little Autism in our gene's. Just be careful who is providing this digital assessment. Make sure you aren't being exploited. For a true diagnosis go to your gp.

Also you may have some traits/characteristics but has this held you back in life? I think you only get diagnosed if it is affecting your day to day living.

I haven't heard of the digital diagnosis pack. It can be tricky diagnose yourself.

It has a pre-diagnosis guide for adults that you might find useful -

You should talk to your GP about getting a diagnosis.
