Just incase anyone hasn't seen this on Sibs social media lately - they have a new eBook out for adult siblings who have grown up with a disabled brother or sister.

It's called 'Self-care for siblings'. It gives an overview of the most common topics and questions that adult siblings ask; ideas for self-care and tips and experiences from other siblings. You can get your copy here: sibs.org.uk/support-for-adu...

The eBook focuses on the sibling and their experience/feelings. So it doesn't cover practical care topics (like getting care needs assessments, mental capacity etc) - if you're looking for those things, have a look at Sibs guides for adult siblings instead at sibs.org.uk/support-for-adu...

Hope this helps!
