Hi everyone,
Mencap has updated lots of information about the learning disability register.
You can see it all here: mencap.org.uk/advice-and-su... 👈
For anyone who isn't aware, the learning disability register is a list of all the people with a learning disability that the GP surgery looks after. It helps your doctor and healthcare staff know what support you need.
Benefits of being on the register include:
* Health checks each year (for people over 14)
* Free flu jabs to protect you in winter
* Covid booster vaccinations
* Longer appointments
* Reasonable adjustments
Have a look at our website for more information, including easy read guides in a range of different languages.

We'd love to hear what you think about the information as well!
