how do i get on to the digital courses at home??

new member of staff cannot get on to the digital courses the same way i did in the office. can anyone help please

Are you talking about online courses? Just type online courses on google or you could do Oplex courses - they are very nice

I can probably help with that but I'll need a lot more details so I can spot potential problems and reasons for the problems.

Like - what courses where, what he/she's trying to do to get onto them, do you mean 'log onto' or 'sign up for', stuff like that. The more details you give me - NOT PERSONAL PASSWORDS OR ANYTHING!! - Just what they're doing/trying to do, the more likely it'll be I'll be able to help out.

All computer help is a process of elimination, any problem can have a bunch of possible reasons, so we might have to try a few different things before we find one that works. But I'm happy to help do that.

Site moderators here - before I do this and get banned or whatever - would it be OK to leave my E_mail for this guy so I can work through to a solution with him? Otherwise worst-case scenario is there'll be a TON of posts here before we hit a solution, if the guy responds. I'm not after anything from the guy but I might well be able to help out. If I run out of ideas, I'll tell him/her and apologise. But I won't leave E_mail unless it's OK with you.
