Hi Everyone

Physical Inactivity and Social Isolation are having a major impact on the wellbeing of people with Learning Disabilities, particularly during this crisis period.

We have set up a Free, Online , activity and socialisation programme called tri-ActiveOnline.

This programme is designed to increase physical activity and reduce social isolation by providing 2 Online Fitness sessions and 1 Social Video Chat on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11.00am. The sessions last approximately 45 mins.
