There's still time to let the Disabled Children's Partnership know how lockdown has affected your family.

surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LifeIn...

The Disabled Children's Partnership, a group of more than 70 charities, wants to understand more about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on disabled children and young people (up to 25), their siblings and parents.

They will use the findings to reveal what life in lockdown is like for families with disabled children with government and other decision-makers. The aim will be to improve support offered throughout the lockdown and to help families deal with life beyond lockdown in whatever form this may take.

The survey takes around 20-25 minutes to complete.

The deadline is 9am on Monday 18 May 2020
