Dwp officer gave me bf57 form to act as appointee for my son at the visit It is not stamped in the top right hand corner Should it be stamped or is it suppossed to be blank

The BF57 form confirms that you are actually an appointee so if you think there is something amiss with it I would check as soon as you can.

It should have an official stamp on the front and without I am not sure places will accept it.

I hope this easy enough to get sorted.
