An interesting side effect

Well, here’s a new one. My son has been taking mektovi / Braftovi since March . I am thrilled to say that the results have been quite good and he has had few side effects . Well there is one : his thick wavy hair has become curly. I mean really really curly! We did some research and there is one other case like this is the literature. It is definitely a new look but well worth it . Happy New Year everyone .

That is such an interesting side effect! Ryan’s hair turned white. He looks like a Dalmatian on the back of his head. These drugs are incredible but the side effects are so intriguing. So glad that’s all that he has! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kelly, I’ve read that the white hair may be related to the stripping of the melanin due to immunotherapy

Wayne and his friend Susanne both hair their hair return super curly after hair loss from TIL treatments.

I’m glad you’d son is responding to this newer targeted med combo that has a lower side effect profile. Those drugs are expensive AF.
