Radiation plans

Hello everyone, just a quick update. Radiation oncology was called in to work with the team. The imaging shows the top of his radius head is cancerous.. about an inch worth of the bone. It is starting to cause some serious pain as of today. Radiation is planned for 3 sessions - every other day starting 12/21/20. I am going to try and move it up if I can and get this going. Trying to stop this spread in its tracks. Ryan seems discouraged today. Will work on his spiritual condition, trying to keep it light and keep a smile on his face. He has fought many fights.. told him let’s go at this again. I can tell he is tired of it. As he should be, and is expected. We will see how this goes. God love him.. prayers asked for. Thanks guys.

Yes thankfully - he has pain medication but he hates having to take it so much because it makes him tired and not “present” if that makes sense

Yes, I appreciate he chooses to be as present as possible and glad to hear he has options depending on his discomfort. Missy

Radiation Sounds like a good plan. I will pray that you are able to move it up. I am the same way. I want things to get moving right away. Type A personality here 😬. Plus it’s right at Christmas so I’m with you on moving it up if possible. I totally understand Ryan’s feeling tired with all this. I am praying that this is not too difficult on him, and you are both able to enjoy Christmas and Nee Years. Love, Michele
