I was diagnosed with CFS/ME along side fibromyalgia a year ago. Exhausted all the time which I thought was a symptom of my heart failure afew years ago but this kind of tiredness and symptoms are so different...so I've come to say hello and join the community 😊 now I can say to those who didn't believe me it exists
