After watching am now armed with magic in finger tips.
Hi nedd
I used to love to sing.
However, I can no longer manage it without getting breathless very quickly and so it has become yet another activity I've had to give up due to my health struggles.
I'm just a big kid at heart and I love the classic Disney films
Funnily enough when as soon as I had hit post button I thought about the breathless aspect of the condition. The GP doesn't get it, even when I lay flat sometimes there I feel I can't get enough air.
You give up so much. My passion was photography. Can t even lift the camera up. Feels like a ton wieght.
Have to get my artist fixes though appreciating Disneys magic.
Not so impresses with some of new stuff, though.
Hi nedd
I am a big Disney fan so great clip. Have heard singing is good for improving breathing. I was told that people with ME breathe using the top of their lungs only (Psychologist). I breathe very shallowly and every so often I will involuntarily take a breath in through my mouth.
I was a keen 'photographer' but now have difficulty holding a camera up. I also find I really struggle to hold the camera steady when pressing the shutter button.
Take care, Lottie x
Shallow breathing makes sense. Sometimes the energy required to lift the baby elephant that sometimes seems to have settled on top of my rib cage can't be generated.
Re singing as well as improving breathing its good for mental health.
As was photography. Discovering the it saved my life and me and that camera had some wonderful adventures. There's nothing like focusing down a lense for displacement of negative thoughts for a bit. It was more about the process than the product.
It seems now that the process of generating enough energy for the product that is fit for purpose is beyond me.
Go well
Bless you nedd. I hope in time you will enjoy your camera once more.
In the meantime I wish you therapeutic gentle breathing,
Lottie x
