Suffer bipolar depression ups n downs are exhausting. Appreciate all the support everyone.

I suffer from bipolar 2 amongst other things so I don’t really get the “up” part of it but the downs are really “down.” I’m suffering from a major depressive episode right now and it’s really kicking my but. It’s going on 2 1/2 months now. I can only imagine how exhausting your ups and downs are. How often do you have episodes?

Hi there, sorry to hear you are feeling down so long that's draining for sure. Unfortunately I have episodes on a daily basis. It's challenging for sure.
