Today has been very challenging. I continue to get on and off Panic attacks it makes me so sad to feel this way every day.

I am sorry you are going thru this. I am as well, Mondays are very bad I'm trying to figure out why but I also feel very bad inside and like I'm not a good partner to my husband because we fight more when I'm like this with anxiety . I feel very sad and mad .
