I am taking it currently. 1st thing i will tell you all the dr what you do during it and after it. At this point in time I'm not finding any benefit from it. I met the psychiatrist one time then she put me on it and i didn't know what i was supposed to be doing on it. Looking back i should have asked but that is another issue I'm working on. For my treatment, it was initially twice a week . There are other people there also doing the treatment in the same room. It takes two hours and you cannot drive. The nose spray can taste bad and burns occasionally. I would say it's relaxing and can feel like you are more aware of everything around you. As for a therapeutic effect I'm not seeing any but again i think i was supposed to be meditating or something. I have also been more irritable but i don't know if that's spravato or my situation.. sorry but much help, i just want to emphasize that you get all info, i feel like i have wasted 2 months on it.

I did an off label version of it at home. My psych called in a prescription to a compound pharmacy who would send it to my home. So far more convenient to not have to go to the dr office but also very simple to abuse. Ketamine was purely a euphoric feeling for me. That was all. It was a physical and mental escape from feeling like hell. So in that case it was like a prescribed buzz and amazing. I’m getting a prescription to feel drunk. When I took too many sprays it was even more intense. So the feeling was great. I did abuse it. It’s not physically addictive but you do have a tolerance with it.
