Goodness me. I’m on cloud 9.

A very closely contested race saw the Germans as champions followed by us ahead of the USA in bronze.

A day of completely contrasting emotions as my uncle’s funeral was just before the race.

I know he would have been proud as is my mum. 🙂

It was such an honour to represent my country and win a medal at world level.

I can’t thank you all enough for your well wishes and messages of support. ❤️😀

200 heats early in the morning but of course I’m lying here unable to sleep yet again.
