Just got back from a run in 22 degrees I am dripping in sweat. Anyway came home the postman had been and there it was my HM medal. I'm so chuffed , my first ever running medal. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🥇

Good morning Buddy34, this morning I had my breakfast at 5.15., got ready to start my 11th virtual parkrun and ran it starting at 6.30, my time this morning was 32.55, sometime later in the morning I will take Holly a walk, today's run was the earliest I have ever ran 🏃🏾.
