Just wanted to share this strength workout that was recently posted on Youtube by The Running Channel - (They are a great channel full of amazing tips and info about running and I've seen a few of their videos being posted on here by others a few times too!). I did it for the first time this morning, it's hard work but really great for anyone who wants to improve their core and strength so they can become better runners! Hope you enjoy!

I did the joe wicks family PE again this morning It’s really tiring and I drank loads and sweat buckets. Straight into the bath 🛀 afterwards 🙂
Me too misswobble - definately 'legs day' today...all that lunging!😫 Definately gets the heart rate going too! 👍
I love the superman and pirates lunging, making the appropriate swishing noises. I was wielding my sword and epee like a pro. Bunny hops and the jumping over the log with the joey in my pouch Is such fun 😁. I was Thor💪 smashing with his hammer 🔨. All before 10.00 am 😁
Run/shop day today 😃. I feel fine after my exertions. I must say i found the scissor kicks easier. They used to kill me 🙂
I saw this one my Instagram and do plan to give it a go, Redcello - looks great! I too have been doing Joe Wicks PE sessions! Lots of lunging this morning....hard work! 😫😉👍
