Arrived from Amazon a couple of days ago to replace an identical old pair (which are now quite old and not quite so waterproof anymore!) Very useful on cold wet days, especially if you like splashing through puddles and trudging through mud like me! Very comfy and yes, they are breathable and (mostly!) keep out the water.πŸ™‚

Oh wow! Now those I think I might like! Soggy feet are ok...unless you've just started out!

Methinks I need to take a look...trouble is..I am so used to my MoreMile...hmmm

I often run in my normal socks and get soggy feet Oldfloss but wore my old DexShell ones recently and had forgotten how comfy they are - hence the new purchase! Great just for running in the dry too! πŸ™‚

Enjoy Sandra! I got myself a new pair of socks recently but haven’t tested them yet. It’s funny how little things like socks make us happy πŸ€—

..I have to admit I questioned what running has done to me, as I took the photo to share!!πŸ˜‚ Let us know how you get on with yours - which ones did you buy?

Haha πŸ˜‚ I know πŸ™„ I got Hilly ones. They’re the only ones that I find don’t shrink in the wash. Sometimes when I take the others out of the washing machine they look tiny!

I’m not happy with my new socks. Despite the blurb, I got blisters. Much miffed. Bah, sulk ☹️

Oh no! I won't bother trying them as I'm sure I'll be the same. Currently I have a compeed plaster, then fixomull tape and finally leukotape (the last two were bought as a combi pack). Despite blisters already, with those three layers plus by hilly twinskins I managed to run 18k with very little distracting pain. I call that a result 😍

Boo boo. Can’t you send/take them back? If they were sold as anti-blister then they clearly aren’t what it says on the tin ☹️

Yes I can. Such a pityπŸ˜•

Oh, yes - many different makes out there...they are all quite expensive though!

I’m not a trail runner but dread the day of an event being a downpour and feet getting drenched and socks/shoes maybe would run for the first time. I will investigate!
