Week 1 run1 my first run of my 12week marathon plan. It's going to be a long 12weeks but cant wait.am very worried and very excited just hope that I can get to week10 where I do a 20 mile run I think that will be the test I reckon if you can get to the 20 mile run you are will on your way to achieving your goal it sounds hard I know but I realy realy want this never wanted anything like this before just thinking about 18 months ago I couldn't run a bath never mind run a marathon lol
So to all the new runners just starting the c25k trust me when I say you CAN do it the program works if you just follow all the advice you will receive from everyone on here and listen the golden rule is the best advice SLOW AND STEADY and you will get there see you at the finish line which is a great feeling happy running to you all and I hope you all achieve your goals........
