I thought it had some great ideas for hill training if you live in a flat place - or even if your manor is hilly! It's aimed at ultramarathoners, but all of the workouts could be modified for anyone π

This will come in handy in the coming weeks. Thanks for sharing it Abi. Iβll have to wait till my family are out before I start running up and down the stairs. They already think I am nuts π
π a few reps up and down the stairs is a great workout. I used to do telephone counselling for anxiety sufferers and I would suggest this to agoraphobics.
How lovely of you! And that's a great point. I read somewhere that even the fittest athletes get out of breath going up stairs, must be an amazing exercise πππ
