Everybody in the house say POW!! for these brave, battling beauties as they head to their starting lines this weekend!!!

★ Saturday sees our resident superhero Irish-John stampeding through Washington DC in the Autism Awareness Superheroes 5K!!!

★ Then on Sunday you know what to do, it's the hurricane that is pinkaardvark hurtling round the Childerley Estate Hoohaah 10K!!! Hoooo-haah Ooh ooh, and also the marvellous Madge50 !!!! Hoooo-haah! Hoooo-haah!

Ahh, it’ll be great, very relaxed, lovely people, weathers going to be rather naff by the looks of it, the course is ‘undulating’ , all cross country, woodland etc., they did this venue for the first time last year......it was a lot dryer and warmer!

I’m not expecting to be quick - not that I’d ever be classed as that, just gonna go with the flow.....🐌
