Thank you for all your replies to my last post. I got out did a couple if runs last week and started some Davina again. I was going to run at the weekend but had some time without my boy (very rare!) so walked with hubby and dogs along the hilly parts of the high peak trail instead it was lovely! I'm feeling motivated, and not putting pressure on myself. Run what I feel like, at whatever pace just to get back into a routine of regular running 3x a week. Love reading your posts πŸ˜€

That sounds like a good plan. Walking is very good cross training. I love it! Been out with my neighbour's dog this morning in the pouring rain. Not too far though as I'm nursing my calf.

Just putting on waterproofs for the dog walk now! Yikes might need a canoe. Hope your calf settles quickly for you 😊

That sounds like a perfect plan, and your walk sounds gorgeous too. Well done :)
