Hello Wokingmum,

Do you have macular disease?

If so, it is unlikely anything can be done to improve your sight levels.

If you are referring to laser surgery to correct your sight; you should consult an eye specialist. Start with a good optician and ask for a referral to a suitable ophthalmologist at the hospital to investigate further.

If your sight has suddenly changed for the worse, you should get an eye check up promptly anyway; once again a good optician is the place to start.

Since it is not clear from your post what you condition is, you may find it helpful to call our helpline 0300 30 30 111 (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday) to discuss further.

Best wishes
