1) anti-vgef response after one month OCT in my left eye. (Taken in both eyes, but sharing results for one only).
2) my RS said you require another inj as he sees some improvements. Tho i still have some curves in vision and blurr in my right eye. Vision was improved with sharpness in seconds week of anti-vgef in left eye. But it's not as before, since fluid is still there.
Should i talk to him about glasses? I was not wearing glasses before.
Remember me in your prayers.

It is usually advisable to wait until after your third injection before considering glasses. At this stage, check with your ophthalmologist if your eyes are adequately stable to warrant seeing an optician about glasses, to see if they may assist.
hi there you need 3 loading injections before you can give any assessment as how things are going.
If the line is where the fovea is then the fluid is not at the fovea where central vision is. I would def wait 2 more injections then have a look. Did they say anything about the number of microns are at the fovea?
Thanks for the explanation. My doctor said I'm seeing an improvement there and asked me not to think about anything else, but you still need another one to see more outcome. And I've to see some neurologist too, because my migraine is also giving me light pain over my eyebrows and sides of nose.
I sent my OCT to another doc for his opinion, and he also said "ok good avastin is working, but get more injections at least three". None of them talked anything about fovea.
indeed the fluid oedema is in the macular area but maybe not in the centre as shown on the OCT where the fovea is. The dip is where the fovea is and where central vision is focused on. Hope that helps. I am not an ophthalmologist but have learnt as I have gone along.
hi there the fluid is at the side as I have circled it in yellow you can see it has gone down with the first injection there should be no hill of fluid here
Yeah i know, fluid has gone down. Do i need more injections? Cause avastin works for 30 days only. I asked my doc if i can delay it for week, he says no problem.
P.s I've another problem occured, or maybe it has nothing to do with my eyes, I don't know. I'm doing a new post.
loading injections are generally every 4 weeks and then it’s a ‘ treat and extend’ regime one extra week would be ok I guess but I would not delay it more than that if it can be helped
