you have found us! This forum is a great place to be for information and support about macular disease and the Macular Society are brilliant if you have any specific questions. Most of us in this community have some form of macular disease or dystrophy so we are all in the same boat and there is a wealth of experience out there.

Do you have macular degeneration too? I have been having regular Lucentis injections for over a year now for wet AMD and myopic CNV (which is the same thing but caused by being very short sighted) and both eyes are affected, but so far the treatment is working so I'm very thankful I still have my sight. x

Hi , im so pleased the treatment is working for you especially in both eyes and yes very thankful we have this treatment, i have some issues al mo that hopefully can be sorted, thank you for reply and goo luck x
