On Grief and Grieving (2005) By Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

Kubler-Ross wrote extensively on issues of illness most notably related to patients facing death. Over her time as an MD and later a psychologist she instigated ground-breaking treatments of patients facing death, illness and loss and writing some 20 books on the subject.

For those interested in finding out more about this amazing woman may I suggest starting by reading this short and comprehensive biography on Kubler-Ross; tinyurl.com/l2vhu98

thanks

Hi Holly,

Apologies for a long silence. Unfortunately I had 'flu' over Easter, followed by visitors then a dental abscess and more visitors. Hopefully life will settle again for a week or so.

Yes, I am familiar with Kubler Ross. I have however ordered a book to refresh my memory.

I had another tussle with our local hospital, having put in a complaint I hope things will now go smoothly. I must confess they do not fill me with confidence.

my self preservation strategy is to try to take life day by day.to enjoy Mother Nature and keep my fingers crossed that my eye problem is not as bad as they thought.

I hope you are well and thank you all advice x
