Could someone please help. I have experienced sudden flashes of light and zig zags in my peripheral vision and sometimes when watching tv i have visual disturbance. I went to the opticians and also the doctors all fine. This has been happening for over a week now on a daily basis. I am suffering from severe health anxiety as i keep worrying that it could be something serious.
