Have you taken some time to do something you enjoy and make sure you get it into your day? Even if you're ill, can you get a subscription to something like Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu to watch any of the millions of things there? I've discovered a love of documentaries, mysteries, series, etc. and they really take my mind off whatever I'm feeling.
Try to get outside your head some by getting into something that interests you.
