What dose of steroids are you currently on? - LUPUS UK
I was on 7.5mg 3 months ago and have been weaned off them due to becoming pregnant as i may need to use them during the last few months.
This is amazing, whomever had the idea for this poll was very inspired, I hope many will vote.

Have not taken steroids 4 YEARS as my bones r so chuffed up due 2 the use of steroids & they have also made my skin paper thin 
Wow the spread is amazing I had no idea, it seems really positive that 40% of us so far (as at 8/4/2013) are not even on steroids. Big Hugs to the 30mg plus people, here's hoping things improve for you xx
i have been on 5mg for a while almost year but of recent i have been unwell and was increased to 10mg.I have once taken up to 60mg when i had really bad flares
October 2011 I was on 30mg, but now down to 2mg + 400 hyroxy.........
Was on 40mg daily for nearly 12 months, finally been able to reduce to 5 mg daily now, had to be increased back to 30 mg daily during 2 flares.
I have finally got down to 4mg daily. The lowest I've been on in 11 years!!!!!
The first year I was up to 80 Mg/ day and even more the year I had plasma pheresis. It caused a huge wieght gain that has only recently been possible to reverse ( I have lost 70 lbs. so far w. 30 left to go!)
