I see my doctor in 2 weeks...and no i looked at my temperure and it was normal ...

Write down all your symptoms - it's so easy to remember something after leaving the doctor!

Write down ALL your childhood illnesses, no matter how irrelevant you may think they are, as they can help the doctor make a diagnosis. If you have dates, even better.

The more information, the better.
