Hi carmen101 -

Your symptoms could mean many things. Have you been diagnosed with lupus? Are you taking any medication for it?

Have your thyroid hormones been tested?

Has your levels of B12, folate, iron and D3 been checked?

If you are female, what are your sex hormone levels?

Without more info it is very difficult to help you.
