i am realy poorly at the moment been on steriods for 14 years and have developed diabeties and have had to go on medication

Dear Rabat,

Unfortunately, one of the side-effects of taking cortico-steroids is developing Type 2 Diabetes. I have also been taking cortico-steroids for a long time, so I understand (to some extent) wha you are saying.

You also say you are unwell at the moment and I am wondering whether you would like to talk more about what is going on for you?
