I am on amivantamab which is now an approved drug in US and marketed as Rybervant. I’ve been in it for 15 months and just recently have had an uptick in my cancer so will likely have to change treatments. I have EGFR Exon 20 lung cancer so only one other approved drug called Mobocertinib but there are several trials.

Hello Poodlemom3

I am sorry to hear that you are going to have to change treatments, we are based in the UK many drugs and treatments are the same, but each country has differing guidelines on what is offered.

The England lung cancer pathway is from NICE (The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence), where it is presented as a flow chart and you can look up the type of cancer and see the recommended treatment options. When you click on the link, click on the icon that looks like a mobile phone and this open up to another page with the flow chart: nice.org.uk/guidance/condit...

The pathway in the U.S.A. will be different but this will give you an idea of what would be offered here.

There is a dedicated exon20 group which is based in America this has up to date information on treatments and clinical trials for this type of cancer

exon20group.org/contact.html

Below I have added links to American charities and forums which have good regional information

American Lung Association

The Americian Lung Association has its own dedicated forum

inspire.com/groups/american...

Lung cancer Foundation of America

Lungevity

Another forum available on the American Cancer Survivors Network

Hope that you find some helpful information
