My partner sometimes wears earplugs

Hi, my father also diagnosed with NSCLC faces the same snoring problem. We have noticed that sleeping in a slant/ elevated position helps him breathe easier and snoring reduces too.

If you can sleep propped up and on your side a bit it might help.I use a Queen Rose pregnancy pillow to cocoon in for sleep since my last spinal fusion surgery. It supports you and takes all the weight off your back too.

My dad who has stage 4 lung cancer uses a ‘V’ pillow on top of a normal pillow to sleep.

I use 3M ear plugs whenever I need them if my husband is snoring too loud xxx

Snoring usually happens when sleeping flat on your back so try sleeping propped up with pillows - I had lung surgery in Dec 2010 and used ordinary pillows to prop myself up sleeping and now sleep always with 2 pillows but if I have a chest infection I add a third one - to prevent me sleeping flat. hope this helps.
