Does anyone showed improvement of decreased FVC% in spirometry test? MY FVC Came 61% . Is it possible to ever go in normal range?

First FVC at 4 months, right lung removed, was 66%. My physiatrist thought I could get to 80% over the course of 8 months or so. I am 55, with asthma and granuloma, so maybe not easy. But something to aim for.
