Hi all , my dad had his CT scan yesterday for a shadow on his lung , how quickly will his results reach his GP ?

Hi dg, I had arranged for my GP to phone me as soon as he had my scan results. He called me less than 48 hours after my scan and an hour later I was in his surgery to hear what they were. The timescale will obviously vary in different regions, by why don't you get your dad to phone his GP to discuss this. Please try not to get to stressed out. Hoping the results go the right way.

i had a ct scan last tuesday and hosp rang me yesterday with results i would say no longer than a week would you wait .
