Wanted to let everyone know after chemo it seemed i needed fluids all the time getting so weak all the time epifiny came to me/ in the summer we used the dehumidifier to clean the air then winter came and we turned on the heater not realizing the bedroom was so dry i would wake up dried up couldn't breathe determined the houee needs 55 percent humidity when we checked it was 30 percent. Yikes purchased a humidifier and put on a vaporizer after 4 hours the humidity was raised to 55 percent next morning we felt so much better. ] I hope this Helps Anyone else who wakes up stuffy throat hurts and dry it's a miracle blessed to everybody

Hi I am so glad you feel better! You may find that humidity is a balancing act. I don't know percentages, but do know that I have spent many hours just driving in my car with the air conditioner on to take the humidity out of the air this summer. For me the dry air of winter is almost as bad as the humid air of summer, especially before and during a rain storm.
