Day 1 after second cataract surgery.

The second eye surgery went well yesterday and the discomfort only lasted one day. My post op visit showed good healing in the original eye and the only problem in the second eye was elevated intraocular pressure for which he gave me an eyedrop. It is nice to have my vision balanced again having spent a week with one eye with normal vision and the other nearsighted. Now I get to be the eyedrop queen with each eye on a different schedule. The upside is that keeping this straight will distract me from anxiety about my next scan in February.

Jean, so glad to hear it is going well. I do remember the crazy eye drops, but seriously can't imagine getting two different schedules straight - you are my hero. Will start stockpiling prayers for February!!!
