in January 2017 after finishing six week five days a week of radiation I have been diagnosed with restrictive lung disease. I'm on flovent twice a day and spiriva once a day. I have started doing yoga again and have started to walk again. Is there anything else I can do to slow this down. Have read that the radiation can continue to cause damage up to 2 years. Need more info. Had nsclc in upper left lobe surgery to remove lobe in Aug. 2016.

The only advice I have is to listen to your body. It sounds as though you have picked two excellent ways to get back your strength and stamina. It seems to take a long time to regain strength after lung surgery and to find your new normal. Prayers for your continued recovery.
