Does anyone here take Vitamen E and or Selenium? I've read that these two taken together fights cancer cells. I also, don't know the dose one should take.

Hi Jo, my count is back down to 16, never thought of looking it up. But wanted to see if anyone takes these and if so, how is it working.

If you haven't already spoken with the nutritionist at your hospital you might want to. Most oncology centers will give a patient one free session. Be very careful about the product you buy as we've learned that many supplements sold have little to none of the substance it claims to have.

If your oncology center doesn't have a nutritionist visit gratis, look into seeing an integrative oncologist. Preferably one that has an MD and an ND after their name.

Thank you, Denzie your right, I should talk to my oncologist first. But was in the book Cancer Battle Plan, so I thought it would be ok.

Likely it is. I just worry about any and everything interfering with treatment. I wish I knew more. There is a woman here who knows a ton of stuff but I can't remember her name.
