Today was scan day and I got good news - I am still stable. Next scan is in three months, and I plan to wring the most out of life that I can till then.

This is the best Christmas present that I will get this year.

So very glad that you had great news. Hope the snow that moved through here yesterday didn't make your drive treacherous today.

The first half of the trip was dreadful but the sky cleared, the sun came out, and we had allowed enough extra time so we were not late. Clear skies almost the entire way home, too. I don't have to tackle this trip again until March, blessed be!

Stable. What a wonderful word. Someone pretty important was born in one, I hear. Somehow I find the two "stables" connected. Smiles.

SciFiKnitter - Stable is always good news. Short of "You're cured!", this is most certainly the best Christmas present anyone dealing with cancer can get. I am so happy for you and I look forward to reading more about your journey.

Again, congrats, and I wish you a Very Merry Christmas as well!
