Milroys since birth. Does anyone else suffer from muscle cramps? I seem to get them all over. Thanks and peace! Kent : { )-

I was also born with Milroys although not diagnosed until I was 48 im now 51 ... I have terrible muscle cramps especially in the calfs on my left leg as all the lymph glands are blocked there .... I also have Fibromyalgia so in pain 24/7 ... would love to chat more as your the first person ive come across with Milroys ... just don't know how too .. maybe you do if youd like to chat x

Hullo - my mother has it

too - but not so bad- called

fat legs at school. It's inherited and supposed to go with toes of 'sausage'

appearance and 2nd row of

eyelashes. St George's hospital professor child's did a study - it's genetic. Also

an ingrowing eyelash. Sounds silly but this is part of the pattern. I helped with the study too as it's inherited. Sorry to hear you are on pain all the time. My

ankle is weak all the time and have elastic stockings and mostly sensible shoes.

Have lived with it all my life

so I just accept it I guess.

Hi yeah both my mum and grandmother had it although never diagnosed ..... I also think my 2nd daughter has it as she was born with thick ankles .. I hate this disease so much just seems in this part of the country not a lot is known about it although I do know see a lymphedema nurse after complaining to my mp .... my mum had liposuction but ive been refused everything so far xx

I usually take vitamin E for leg cramps and it helps
