cannot use Ventolin as raises my already fast heart rate so much. Have been given Atrovent to try, can anyone tell me their experience of this?

Isn't Atrovent a daily med? Not a rescue. Ventolin is a rescue.
I use both at about the same rate to minimize side effects. Atrovent takes a little longer to work, but it does help and lasts longer.
I use xopenex as it was advised by my electrophysiologist because others caused my Svt to flare up. Xopenex helps as a rescue inhaler, but insurance doesn’t like to cover it. I gladly pay because I don’t like having a fast heart rate.
