Hi everyone I’ve been struggling with chest pains since November 2019 and I’ve been to the doctors relentlessly and I was told I had pleurisy a chest infection and I’ve had a ECG done which can back fine the pleurisy wasn’t on my chest scan and my chest pain came back after two weeks after my antibiotics for chest infection. Fast forward to now I rang up my gp and told them all my symptoms (chest pain that is sharp and aching pain and heavy chest along with breathless) and I’ve been told I have asthma and I’ve been on a 2 week trial which had only helped a tiny amount as I get chest pains and tightness later on some days or breathless I’m just thinking it’s not asthma since I had chronic daily pain.

If you are wheezing, you have Asthma. If you cannot breathe after an activity, you have Asthma, or you could have past GO and have COPD. I passed Asthma and now have COPD. My EKG is excellent. Lung xray, not so good. You need a good inhaler to use in the morning and to use in the afternoon if you need it.
