Feeling Helpless At Times

I have been struggling to control my asthma for about two weeks already for some reason I’ve been getting discomfort on my chest and haven’t been able to really breathe normally. Anybody got some remedies or anthrax will help thank you

So sorry to hear you are struggling! What meds are you on? Have you seen your GP?

Yes I have they had me on a new inhaler but I was getting heart palpitation numbness ect

Have you read much about thinking about asthma in terms of categories (mild moderate severe) and step up / step down treatments? It might be a helpful way to think about what your protocol should be moving forward

No I have not thank you very much Hilary another think I have notice is when I’m falling asleep I wake up gasping for air any idea what that can be?
