Heat with dizziness

I noticed in heat my dizziness gets worse but maybe due to asthma flare ups more than just dizziness do others feel dizziness symptom of worsening asthma?

I do not do well with my asthma in extreme temps - either heat or cold. I can feel faint. I believe feeling weakness or dizziness may be an indication that your blood oxygen level is low. It may be best to check your Pulse Ox and avoid extreme heat. It's always a good idea to carry water and stay well hydrated, as well as carrying your rescue inhaler with you at all times.
