2018 has been an up & down sort of year for me - my first grandchild (Michael, now 10 months & an absolute livewire), in & out of work & good & bad days with my breathing & general health.
As always though, I want to look forwards not back. So, I hope you all have a great New Year celebration & a brilliant 2019 full of positivity, personal happiness & lungs full of air!
I have to confess that I probably won't be entirely sober as we enter 2019, so am sending my good wishes now
