Does anybody get bumps on the arms and they bleed when you rubbed them? Does asthma cause eczema?

Asthma doesn’t cause eczema, however they are very closely related (along with allergic rhinitis).

I’d advise you go to the GP just to get it checked out! If it’s something that comes and goes take a photo of it when it’s bad so they can see what you mean.

What medication are you taking? I have always bruised very easily, but since my medication increased to include steroids for my asthma (plus itraconazole for ABPA; a related problem), I only have to have the slightest knock & I will bruise or bleed.

If that's not the cause, definitely have a chat to a medic to see what they say.

I've never experienced eczema in my years of having asthma.
