Quick question

Has anyone else been noticing loss of apatite and this werid kinda of nausea in their throat I'm very confused but I wonder if it's anxiety related as I've mentioned before I suffer from gad and asthma although I havent been taking meds due to I've forgot alot and I'm just worried im sick or something plz help

Possibly I do have allergies and last year I got a sinus infection kinda worried although my step dad is dying of stage 4 terminal brain cancer idk stress it's adding on my anxiety I'm very confused

Thank you it's hard he's only 36 and I'm just 18,my mom and him got married last month and I was born in 2000 it's not gonna be long before he passes sounds kinda rambly hope your family is doing well. 🤗
